If you want to enjoy mangoes all year long, here is how to freeze the fruit:
- Cut the fruit and arrange it on a dish which can fit in your freezer.
- Cover the top and bottom of the dish with plastic wrap.
- Let the mango freeze for a whole day, i.e. 24 hours.
- Now transfer mango from the dish to a freezer bag and store it in the freezer for long term freezing.
