From a deserted land to a mega metropolitan city, Dubai is the fourth most visited city in the world. It’s hard not to admire Dubai for its unwearied dynamism, gutsy ambition and ability to dream up and realize projects. Dubai has already contrived the world’s tallest building, a huge indoor ski paradise, the world’s fastest roller coaster and an island shaped like a palm tree. A new attraction ‘Starchitect’, a state-of-the-art museum of international stature and the world’s largest indoor theme park will soon open their doors for the public.
The IMG Worlds of Adventure theme park is set to open this month in Dubai. The theme park features various adrenaline-boosting rides and attractions. It includes a haunted house with jerky elevators, zombies, scary noises and dangling corpses creating a horror movie like atmosphere. A Velociraptor coaster designed in a misty rain forest and an indoor ski slope with real life penguins is what will offer a thrilling experience to the visitors.
The park can host 30,000 people per day with 28 restaurant outlets, retail stores and 12-screen Novo Cinema multiplex for people to enjoy. There is a marvel zone for kids and adults featuring major characters including Iron Man, The Hulk, Thor and Captain America. The indoor theme park features the first ever action packed Avengers theme ride in the world which will give you a 3D multimedia experience. The marvel zone also features rides including the ‘Hulk Epsilon Base 3D’ immersing you in an innovative battle experience.
The indoor theme park also features rides inspired by the Cartoon Network, introducing the first ever ‘Ben 10 5D cinema’. There are theme inspired retail stores for kids including The Power Puff girls, Lazy Town and Adventure Time. Kids can enjoy The Amazing World of Gumball inspired ride where the kids have to tackle the science project-gone-horribly wrong.
Do not miss the ‘Lost Valley Adventure’, that features over 69 state-of-the-art animatronic dinosaurs. This dino zone includes thrilling rides, a pre-historic jungle, forbidden territory that is a deep jungle safari ride through prehistoric dinosaurs and the sharpest drop track in the region featuring a ‘beyond-vertical’ plummet to Earth.
